Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Some products on Anivol are available as a subscription, giving you repeat deliveries at a discount. This policy explains how subscriptions work and how to change or cancel them.

How Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe to a product, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout (for example, monthly or every 2 months). Your payment method will be securely charged automatically before each shipment, at the discounted subscription price shown on the product page.

Subscriptions automatically renew at your selected frequency until cancelled. There is no minimum commitment — you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.

How to Cancel or Change Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription anytime by logging into your Anivol account and visiting the "Manage Subscriptions" section, or through the subscription management link included in your order confirmation and renewal emails. Changes made before your next billing date — including cancellation — take effect immediately, and you will not be charged for the upcoming cycle. There is no cancellation fee.
